Building Inclusive Communities

Happy Day Plants serves as a vibrant, inclusive community where individuals of all abilities come together. Our program encourages social interaction, teamwork, and mutual support, helping to break down societal barriers and promote understanding and inclusion. We host community events, workshops, and educational field trips at our shop to further extend our reach, fostering a broader acceptance and appreciation of the talents and contributions of individuals with disabilities.

Participating in Our Program

We partner with the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation to provide on-the-job training for individuals with disabilities that want to reach their employment goals. Whether it is arranging and selling plants or visiting local partner businesses to care for their plants, our hands-on approach enhances cognitive function, builds self-esteem, and improves social skills. Our goal is to empower participants to tackle new challenges and become more self-reliant.

Job Opportunities

Our passionate staff fosters a supportive environment where everyone is welcomed and treated with the utmost respect. We remain open and available to meet the needs of individuals by providing an accessible environment, supportive training to be successful in their role and encouragement along the way. Our procedures, policies, and integrity to include abilities of all kind are the driving force in what we do. Want to be part of something special? Contact us today at jobs@happydayplants.com.
